From the moment I walked into Cochrane Toyota and met receptionist Gerri, I felt welcomed. She directed me to a wonderful and knowledgeable salesman, Miles Chester. We test drove some vehicles I was interested in until I found what I was looking for. From that point I met Mike Tran who guided me through the process of setting up financing. Everyone was very patient and understanding of my needs. Highly recommend this dealership!

Needed to order some parts for my vehicle and was greeted amazingly by Gerri, who lead me to Josh, of the parts department. He was able to get me what I needed and at great prices! On my way out I was reminded by my partner to get an update on our payout, so made a pit stop to see Mike T in Finance. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sequoia Limited from out of province. Our experience here with Mark and Taylor was awesome! Mark picked us up from the Calgary airport at no fee, brought us there quickly and we got through the deal quite seamlessly. We were happy the way they treated us. They made us feel very comfortable, and were quite reasonable with the offer itself. Just like they promised, they fueled up the gas tank at their own expense as well. They also seemed to know their stuff pretty well. I recommend this place.

Quick service, everything I needed done was taken care and within the time they estimated it to be. I had some peeling and bubbles of my 3M that I noticed when washing my vehicle, and they fixed it all no problem ensuring everything looked good as new! Staff are friendly and helpful and I had a great experience!
