Prompt. Thorough and very courteous. Luke was the gentleman that did the work. Even though we had to get a specific part, the offer was there for a temporary solution, until he came back the next day. (A secure door's handle was broke). Highly recommended in my opinion. There was also a very pleasant lady I spoke to on the phone to arrange service. Use this company for sure.

Locked myself out of the house WAY out in Cramahe TWP (country!) and they STILL came out AFTER HOURS and helped me get in and THEN repaired my front door lock - it never worked right. Reputable family business in Northumberland County and CARE about their customers! I have Northumberland Security install locks for my business and have referred them to others.
Joel is Fantastic! Have used Northumberland Security 3 times in the last year and each time was not disappointed. Joel knew exactly what I needed done and how to do it. He shows up on time and cleans up after he is done the work. Will not think twice to call them again for any lock or security need.
