Very good service. Had to have water tested for a spa. He explained everything very clearly in english, which I appreciated very much because it was new to me. It's the place to go.

Good experience. Got an exercise bike at a fair price with the December specials. The employee who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. Would probably go again if I need something they sell.

I always feel that I don't belong here. The employees make us feel unwelcome. When I went there for a serious algea problem, their answer was: \Did you use this algea control?\. -Yes but not this one. \That is why you have algea. Buy this one and your problem will be solved\. They didn't ask what was my previous treatments neither what was my pool setup. I used their expensive algea control product without any improvement. I went all the way through town at Trevi and they ask for complete history of my previous treatments, my pool configuration and proposed a wonderful Alun treatment that got rid of all algea in 48 h. The guy was very helpful and walk me through the complete treatment to guarantee its success. Their accessories are overpriced and the service is not very friendly. I would recommend other places than this place if you seek a warm relation with your pool specialist.

They love to sell but don't stand behind their products!!! Bought a heater - 2000 plus - had problems in the first year. Club piscine wouldn't warranty it - had to try to deal with an American based company who didn't seem to know what Quebec was!!!!
