I placed an order in New Years Eve for some brewing ingredients. As shipping was expensive, I opted for in store pick up. I received an email shortly after confirming my order although, it didn’t indicate when I could pick up my order. I called the store directly and spoke to Mohini. I was told that Carol was in on Friday and put together all the orders at that time and now she is on vacation. No one can help me because Carol didn’t train anyone else on how to deal with the online store. No one else can access her email to see my order or see if it was paid. I was advised that nothing can be done and I need to wait for Carol to return from vacation before I can pick up my order. I should not have to wait a week to pick up an online order in store. The online store should not rely on one person.

My go-to place for purchasing all things beer related. One of the owners, Calvin, is a great resource to tap for anyone interested in making either wine or beer. I highly recommend the store for in-store purchases as well as purchasing online from many parts of Canada and the world.
Great local business they we're very helpful in getting me what I needed to make my craft beer .
Always fresh brew supplies and a very knowledgeable staff, they also sell everything you need to brew, they handle /store the hops better than any other brew supplier they are also the cheapest to buy from.
Emailed a list to build a keezer using all supplies from them. No reply for a week after 3 phone calls and messages...Too bad...lost that sale.
Great selection of products but some of the staff aren't super knowledgeable
