I paid 3.2x the value of the products I was to receive, for 7 day shipping and for the surprise COD charges that alone were 110% the cost of the product even though the value for basing COD charges was noted at 0 from UPS. Tracking said it would arrive Monday, I stayed home to receive the package and pay the COD charges as the options laid out to me specifically said I can pay the driver. Tracking said package would arrive by 9pm so I stayed up waiting for it (I wake at 4am for work). Package did not arrive with no reason as to why when i checked the tracking. The only update to the tracking was a note saying to check back for an update, no new delivery date estimate. Every day there was a \warehouse scan\ which coincidentally is not defined in the help section. so I waited longer not knowing what the holdup was. Tracking never changed so I just randomly decided to pay the COD charges online even though i had cash/debit/credit/etransfer ready for the driver. within 20 minutes of paying online, the tracking coincidentally updated saying the package was now released by customs and now on its way. If it was held up due to not paying online then A) don't give us the option to pay the driver if the driver won't deliver until its paid B) have the tracking show that its being held by customs until online payment is received. I may be an engineer with an eye for detail but this seems super simple. Its now past the 7 days and Im being charged by a customer for not having the products in time to complete the project as agreed on. I ship/receive items daily, and I've ONLY had issues with UPS. Maybe I've been lucky. I reached out to the company that was shipping the products to me and they said they've had numerous complaints recently and that in the near future they were transitioning from UPS to another carrier. I would give less than 1 star if possible.

Weirdest hours I've ever seen for a shipping company. Open 5pm to 7pm? Open 2 hours a day only? How weird is that?! I gave 5 stars because whenever I've gone there, the employees were courteous and helpful. It is really really hard to find this location. They need to have a big sign put up to help people find it. It has been a complaint for a long long time, so I don't understand why the issue hasn't been resolved.

If your customer centre is closed then you should update your website to say so. I rushed out so that I could send out a package in time for Christmas in the us and there was a sign on the door that said closed due to COVID. Thanks for the waisted trip UPS!

They left me ANOTHER notice after I buzzed them into the building. I took a holiday to receive a very important package and then they pull this.

Couldn’t find the place. Needs a lit up sign. Past the restore building if coming from Chatham, You will see a dirt drive way go down their to the very end.
