The house was cold when I woke up. The nest thermostat said it wasn’t getting power. Turning the furnace on and off didn’t help so I called ENBlue. The technician came within an hour. He detected a dangerous condition due to partial combustion and said I needed a new furnace. Since I trusted him and the company I said go ahead. The new furnace was installed early the next morning. The work was impeccable and the new furnace works fine. I am sitting in a warm living room with -20C outside and am glad I called ENBlue.
