Great company, awesome services offered and friendly staff.
Appointments are a joke. We are the only patients here and waiting 45 minutes with 0 people ahead of us. Was told nurse will be here in 5 minutes over 40 minutes ago. Why have appointment times if you cannot keep them. I can hear workers talking about personal stuff and laughing while not servicing a patient waiting here for almost an hr. It's a 4 minute procedure like come on; are they even working. Also the recycling bin has the same can of pop in it for over 3 weeks. Do they even clean?
