I regularly have items shipped here if i cant have them shipped to my PO Box, there is a small fee but not unreasonable. Service has always been fast, friendly, helpful and professional. i also sometimes take advantage of UPS's overnight shipping option which is pretty great now and then when a birthday across the country sneaks up on me

I never thought that \Checking the mail\ would be on my list of enjoyable activities. We've had a Mail Box here for a couple of years now. There are 3 of us that drop by to pick up the various packages that get delivered to us. We all have such great stories of the staff. Here are some examples: --Always helpful. I personally am a \take care of myself kinda gal\. I never ask for help with doors, or lifting boxes. I don't need to ask here! They automatically help carry the boxes to my vehicle, or they quickly come from behind the counter to open the door if my arms are full. --Always smiling. Literally always smiling. I don't know how they do it day in, and day out. --They have hundreds of boxes, but always know who we are. When we walk in, they have already grabbed our boxes without us saying a word. It's not like they know us from outside of the store. The only relationship we have is \Pick Up Mail\ and \Drop Off Mail\. --For 5, they will package up the super bizarre shaped thing that I'm trying to send to Timbuktu. Best money I ever spend! If I had to fumble around my house trying to find a suitable box, and suitable packaging, and then write out the label ... that would be at least 30 minutes of my time (if not more). For 5, this team gets it done in a few moments. No Stress! Amazing! --It's always clean. That's nice. --They send me a reminder when they get a package for me. It's like someone saying \I have a gift for you! Come and get it!\. I love those emails. This review is part of my COVID-19 \Send good thoughts to good people\ campaign. Each day, I think of another company that has brought me joy, or gone above and beyond, and I send good thoughts. I highly recommend it. It's a lovely way to do something nice for the businesses that are hurting right now. Who doesn't love getting complimented, or being recognized for their efforts?

I went in to send a small package. Very light and rather small. I had forgotten to fully tape the top of the box closed. I asked if I could have a small piece of scotch tape to finish sealing the box. The young gentleman behind the counter informed me that it would be two dollars to purchase a roll of tape. There was an open roll of scotch tape on the counter in front of me and I asked if I could just use that. He unapologetically said no it will be two dollars. I needed less than 6 inches. The family that runs this business obviously has zero concept of customer service. Give me your money and get out is the sense that I got. I understand that there would be a cost to the company for providing some tape to customers in my situation who have forgotten to tape the box. It’s inconceivable to me that the cost of one or two rolls of tape a week would would so outweigh the notion of treating your customers well. Highly recommend using Canada post instead of these folks.
