We were on a big haul and having the trickiest time finding water. I came in looking for a big jug, but alas, none was to be found. Instead, the most amazing manager came to ours and our puppy's rescue as she kindly offered to fill up our container from the automotive centre. A small interaction that had such a wonderful impact thanks to Chelsea. She was incredibly friendly and even gave our doggy some treats! Friendliest pit stop ever :)

Had an unfortunate incident losing our trailer hitch while camping last week north of Nipigon. The trailer has an odd sized ball and we decided the best chance of finding a replacement was to go to Canadian Tire in Nipigon. They didn't have what we needed on the floor but the owner new what we were looking for and found us one saving us from having to go to Thunder Bay. He definitely saved the day for us and words can't say how much this meant to us. We were extremely lucky.
I was in 3516 8 Ave NE location Canadian Tire and had a very bed experience with manager and the security lady. she’s acting like she’s Police Officer. escalated this issue to customer service and got simple reply that says thank you for letting us know and we will follow up ! rather contacting customer.
Awesome store. I am from Mississauga. They have the stuff some of which we dont see it in our big city stores. Staff are great. Thank you.
