Absolute worst customer service I've had in the last 20 years. I call to find out if there is a product on the shelf before making an online order. I get connected with Wendy...who advises me that they are \picking orders\. I peer into the doors and it's a ghost town...I let her know that I'm literally the only car in the parking lot and she keeps insisting they are busy picking orders. One of the employees comes through the front door and I ask him if they are busy picking orders inside and he laughs and says obody is doing anything\. I call back and explain to Wendy that I'm the only car in the parking lot and I would like to purchase something online to be picked up today. I finally get an \ooook\ ...I say pardon? Wendy says \We can dooo it\. At this point I've already decided to take my business to Rona just based on this lackadaisical individual I'm dealing with. I'll never shop at this location again. I truly don't like to give bad reviews but when my interaction is this offside, I have to.

First time in this store, friendly cashier and super helpful when I had to wait for a manager to deal with a gift card issue. Manager was also very pleasant and had a nice little conversation while she got my card working. Will come to this location again!
Very helpful. I had to return a item without a receipt and they provided a partial refund (a refund at the most recent sale price) in store credit. Customer service rep was very friendly and professional.
I bought 6 items online for curbside pickup. Not long after I get an email saying that 5/6 of the items I ordered have been cancelled. Unsure why the items would be available online for me to browse through, add to my cart, and charge to my credit card if they were never available in the first place....The website needs some work to avoid disappointing customers
This is the biggest, most well stocked Canadian Tire outlet I've visited in recent years. Garden center was moved to the parking lot to accommodate many, many annuals and perennials. Good selection. Great prices...
