They improved the Curbside pickup immensely for the car spots. The one large fellow even noticed my vehicle that just showed up and asked what item we were waiting for and ensured we called the number so he could avoid extra trips. Very efficient.

Large parking lot. Very large, well-lit, and spacious Canadian Tire. Great variety of products. Well kept store. They have a scooter/wheelchair if needed by customers. There is an auto service centre, Service Ontario, and small convenience-type store with lottery and key cutting inside. There is an online order pickup tower which looks really cool, I'd love to try it out. A little frustrating to ask about stock and find that their records online/in their system for 3 different products are actually not accurate to what they could find in the store when I wanted to purchase them. Nice to see their charitable endeavors. They have a pay coffee/hot chocolate machine as well. Sports trading card vending machine by the exit. Neat location. Usually a hot dog vendor outside as well.

The curbside pick up was quick and easy. A few suggestions to make this a five star experience. I wish they had more than the 8 or 10 parking spots. When you call the number and extension it takes a long time for someone to answer and when someone answers you sometimes get forwarded to another extension.

So frustrating to order on line. By the time my order was ready for pick up half of what I order was cancelled. What's the point to show available and accept my order and then cancel and refund alegging not having the product availabe anymore... Safe yourselves some time and avoid client frustrations by being more efficient. It does not make sense to me to accept an order and then cancel it. Double work. I am suppose to try another store? What if I was buying is time sensitive and I need it right away. Why Canadian Tire stores don't move products among themselves to honor the clients purchase? Specially now that everything is on line products should be removed from inventory in REAL TIME.

Good place to shop, didn’t say hello when you walked in like the other Canadian shoppers that I went to and even worst they said they’re out of road salt. Which was the reason why I ended up coming here. I like the customer service and the large space of things to choose from. Overall four and a half stars.
