Updated business hours would be appreciated. Understand that the pandemic has caused some changes, but the sign says 10pm on the doors. Google says 8pm. At 7pm the doors are locked. After driving 20 min to this location because they are supposed to be open to find that they are closed is frustrating. Especially when other locations are closed and it is to put money on a Canadian tire master card

I would like to share my recent experience in this place. On Sunday chilly morning I was standing right in front of the car service door waiting for it to open starting from 7:30 because I was told one day before they started taking customers at 7:40 am. By the time the door opened at 8:37 am, three to four people (who came later than me) were lining in front of me. What the heck did they come from? I was the first one lining up outside of the service door. The service advisor said they came through the store entrance. Isn't this tricky? My car was brought in at 9:32 am because I was told the workshop started at 9:00 am and the technician was late. After about 15 minutes, my car was brought out. I asked the technician, what kind of base number my car was reset up to 100% for the next oil change. I was told it's five thousand. When I saw the sticker on the windshield, it was five thousand. So I went back to the store and told them I paid for a synthetic oil change which was 79.95 for a package. I was told they just printed the sticker wrong. I rather believe they printed the sticker wrong instead of using the wrong oil. This made me a little concerned about their service. So I opened the hook to check after I got home. The fluid was not topped up which was supposed to be included in the package. Now I really doubt and I am concerned what on earth has been done to my car, and what has not been done at all. Updates (around a couple of weeks later): One of the managers in the auto center is very professional. I hope Canadian Tire has more employees like him.

Horrible spot to do curbside pickup. Ghetto! Absolute Ghetto! Do better Canadian tire and learn to adapt to your surrounding. Rather than have us park beside forklifts that are coming in/out - perhaps get people to park in a normal parking area.

Nice to get the Curbside option but the time that I went there was a long line up. The person helping had to scan my QR code on 2 doff occasions, which prolonged the process

Tyler D, went above and beyond serving the customers. He has a very friendly and upbeat attitude. He works hard and very dedicated to his job. My Online order experience here is great and so are the online order staff! Definitely would come back to this location.
