Very pleased with the response time when our old furnace finally kicked the bucket this winter. The professionalism from the intial call to the visit to discuss the type of replacement was positive. I never felt I was being coerced into purchasing an expensive furnace because of urgent need to get a furnace. There was consideration when asked about our budget and Comfort Plus was more than willing to provide us with a quality product within our budget. Thank you! The two gentlemen who came to install the furnace were very efficient, friendly and extremely respectful of my home. They took the time to clean up and explain the features of my new furnace in a simple easy to understand manner when they were finished. Braden and Jordan did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, they explained everything after installation, brought everything up to code and left everything neat and tidy. Left us with a nice system and finished an hour before they planned. Well done.
Recently had Comfort Control Plus come and diagnose my furnace due to limited heating. Jacquelyn came over promptly and dug in and found the issues, made recommendations and fixed the problem. She was very informative, answered all my questions, and is very pleasant. A thorough job all around. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

On August 13 we had a new furnace installed in our home to update the current heating system. At that time we had Braiden, Dylan and Matt working throughout the morning to ensure this was done properly. Their professionalism, efficiency and speed was appreciated.
