Terrible customer service. Owner (Darren) is very condescending and nothing is ever his fault, he has no capacity to accept responsibility. In my interactions with him he has blamed every staff member as to why repairs take so long. Promises were continually made but, never completed. I will never visit this establishment again and any repairs needed from this point on will be done elsewhere. The absolute worst service for the price of an item I have ever experienced.
