Very disorganized and unreliable. After passing through a weird booking system where "someone will call you", I finally got an appointment for this week. When the day arrived nobody showed up. I called twice the company and no one could provide an answer. They don't know who is assigned to what...."Someone will call you"... again After my 3rd call, finally someone comes with an excuse the reason for not calling me back was that my phone number was not right in the system (how would we have communicated so far? I got a call from a technician to take the appointment). I wasted my morning waiting and now have to wait a long time for another appointment. This is really not acceptable as service. Recommend looking at competition.

Le service et le travaille est irréprochable, je recommande!
J’appelle à 13h pour aviser que j’ai un bris d’air climatisé, on me confirme qu’on enverra un technicien à la fin de la journée (on gère mes attentes) et finalement le technicien arrive à 15h et répare ma thermopompe en 30 minutes! Wow. Merci Au propriétaire Philippe et son technicien René.
Excellent service. Personnel compétent!
