Last year I rented a new mobile house my experience is totally positive because the staff was really nice and the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the yard that works good for my family i will miss the scenery in the morning . The place is quiet and safe.

Lot Rental is expensive for what you get plus your gas. Electric and internet adds up . But the park is very quiet even with the trains running by
My family and myself bought a home here in October 2019. I've never felt safer! everything is so peaceful here, I never even hear sirens either! Havent had one single issue. ( other than other tenants allowing their animals to go potty on my front lawn ) Which staff said they will take care of when I get some photos :) Staff and management are beyond friendly, they answer all my questions whenever asked. I always see them around the park fixing things up or cleaning things up!! We love this place so much. I don't see why so many others are upset. I have been and will continue to recommend family and friends to either rent or buy here. It is nice that we have found our forever home. Love it!!!!
Landlord useless. Wont fix leaking roof and trailer has drafty windows. 130 gas bill to heat 900 square feet!!! Three more months left and gone. UPDATE. YOU KNOW WHATS WRONG WITH ALL THESE TRAILERS YET YOU RENT THEM AND SELL THEM ANYWAY. NOT BAD ENOUGH YOUR FORCING THE OLD PEOPLE TO LEAVE THEIR TRAILERS BECAUSE THEY CANT PAY 1100 LOT RENT, BUT YOUR SUING THEM FOR MISSED RENT WHILE IT SITS EMPTY KEEPT YOU GARBAGE RESPONSE. WE ALREDY KNOW WE ARENT GETTING OUR DEPOSIT BACK FOR REPORTING YOU. MOLD AND MOUSE TURDS WERE NOT IN OUR LEASE. TRY FUMIGATION BEFORE YOU NAIL NEW WALLBOARD UP TO PASS IT OFF AS RENOVATED.
Who thought a community center would be a good idea? I can guarantee everyone here would have rather had you fix the roads (properly), get a better internet provider or lower the rent. All my neighbors are awesome people and i love how peaceful it is here, the calgary village management team needs to take a stand against these American slum lords and stand up for the residents of the park. We are all Canadian here, fight for your fellow countrymen!
Do not rent or own! I have lived in my unit for a year. They were notified in November of 2016 that there was water damaged coming in from the rotten roof. I fought and waited until April of this year. The above pictures are from the walls under the said roof. If I had not taken it upon myself to remove the drywall, the mold would still be growing. I am a single mom of a two and three year old. I was relocated to this unit after the unit I first rented in July of 2016 was deemed unfit by their own maintenance staff. I just met the new Cove Representative, and to say that he was arrogant would be to nice. He demeaned me, and put the blame at my feet. Then when i was visibly upset leaned down into my face and asked "If there was something wrong with me" . Before smiling and texting on his phone. Completely NO accountability or even a decent human being/owner. Absolutely disgusted with this place and the choices I made to stay and make it work.
