Nice staff however, things they need yo work out on, they ALL forgot to introduce their names and job title and what they were doing. When you don't know anything it kind of makes you anxious, we just got hauled from one test to another without explanation. That said, staff were very nice and accommodating. Would still come back.

So many things to love about Twenty20. Not only do they have a great selection of frames to choose from, but their expertise on fittings and lenses has really been life changing for me. After a bad experience elsewhere with frames that didn't fit me and weren't suitable for my progressives, I had given up and had been making do with my old frames, struggling to see. Twenty20's expertise and quality of products has helped me to see again! On top of it all, they were so great to deal with. Friendly, helpful and just lovely!

The owner / operator of Twenty20 has treated me spectacularly. It's really been nice to deal with her and though I've had to return for adjustments and tightenings a couple times as I get used to wearing glasses for the first time in my life, she's always helped out and refused to take money to do so. Calls back when she says she will, arranges times to get you in like she says she would, and so on. Lifetime guarantee, she says. Good stuff!
