Chantelle’s customer service skills are beyond excellent. She answered all my questions with very detailed responses and helped me find the best model to suit my needs. My fridge/freezer died so this purchase was somewhat of an emergency and she ensured that I could have a model that fits my needs as quickly as possible - I was especially concerned going into the Easter long weekend. Everywhere else I contacted was out of stock and told me that what I was looking for would be a long wait - well into June! I am very indecisive, but she was extremely patient and gave me the space to make the best informed choice for myself. Extremely impressed!

Really great store for kitchen appliances. Very welcoming environment. Staff is available but not at all pushy. They have a huge inventory and a broad spectrum of price points for any budget. There is also a clearance section if condition of the appliance is not so important, although most have very little visible damage unless you are looking. Financing is available and very affordable. Overall highly recommend stopping into browse and shop.

He spent a lot of time helping me pick a microwave and trim kit which no other company would even give me their time of day to discuss. I cannot even begin to put into words how grateful I am for Levi and Nancy at trail appliances. I own my own condo, and I live alone, I don’t know anything about appliances. About two months ago my washing machine started to leak oil, I tried to go the repair route, and ultimately was advised, I have to get a new machine. I never imagined it would be so complicated, as they don’t have (anywhere) my original machine or something like it, in this pandemic. I was also informed by the repair man that I would have to buy the washer and dryer as set, because I live in a condo, and was a stackable model. I was luckily enough to take advantage of boxing day sales, and got a very affordable fridgidare washer/ dryer model for under 1400. I repaired my washing machine 2 years go for 500 to put that into perspective. Levi informed me on initial assessment of my condo electrical, that I would need to hire electrician to wire the new machine. I had initially a western conventional plug style that is no longer made, and very hard to get in the pandemic. I was able to do this with his recommendations, and when my machine was delivered it was a seamless install. The machine is much larger than my original, and so is the dryer. I am able to do laundry at twice the speed, I honestly am able to save so much time as a working woman. So thank you SO much, again!
