All aspects of our dishes are made in house- from our hollandaise, to our salad dressings, to our own cured bacon and salmon. We work diligently with our suppliers to ensure local, fresh, high-quality product. We operate on a [nearly!] waste-free system, and support community building through our Non-profit partnerships with LeftOvers Calgary, Impact Society, Mealshare and One Body Village Canada. Facilities and Services ------------------------------- We are open daily from 7-3 serving breakfast, brunch and lunch all day. In addition to our main dining room where we take reservations (except Saturday and Sunday after 10am), we have a Private Dining Room equipped with an A/V system perfect for larger gatherings or meetings.
