I completely destroyed my shoe soles on my work shoes and he fixed it for 20. Nice guy if you talk to him.

I have tried to come here multiple times over the past couple years for repairs, and they're always closed despite their hours listing them as open. Today they are supposed to be open until 5, and their "open" sign is up, but the door is locked and the lights are off. Twice previously I came at 4:50ish and they had closed early, and there was no sign of anyone around.

This fellow is a true craftsman. Rather than spend 400 on a new pair of hikers my wife decided to get them resoled. The original soles were formed and built right in to the boot so the sole and heel was cut off and a new pair of vibram soles attached. It was truly amazing to see what a true craftsman can do.

I am glad such business still exist and serve sustainability! I needed new boots but rather than buying new ones, I decided to save time and get my existing pair repaired.

I had a strap rip on my leather sandals. It was fixed nearly invisibly. I will get another year of use out of them now. Well worth the time to repair.

My boots looks brand new! I had one pair dyed black (they used to be brown), and another pair repaired (after I dragged a door over the top of them *face palm*). I’m in love with my shoes again! (and at a fraction of the cost of buying new shoes).

The first thing is the gentleman is very friendly and nice. the The grommet on my mountaineering boot was broken and I was in the city for a short time. He was able to offer me a 45 minutes service to fix it and I am really thankful. and he did a good job too and a fair price.

Took a boot in with pretty bad chew damage, and was very pleasantly surprised at the cost, speed, and quality of the repair. Above all, the staff are top-notch and highly respectful. I highly recommend Shoemasters; worth the drive even from the edges of Calgary. Support Local Business!
