Dave arrived exactly when they said he would properly masked and gloved. He reviewed my hot water tank and and gave me 2 options. He explained everything so I could understand and then proceeded with the new tank installation. He also updated the valves attached to the tank. When he was done he showed me what was done where the manual was and how to clean as well what to do if gone for an extended period of time.

We were in a rush to have our plumbing inspected due to an insurance issue and Plumbing Paramedics got it done quickly and for a reasonable price. David came out and was polite and professional. He was unobtrusive as he did his work and did a good job explaining a leak he found. Plumbing Paramedics did a great job of scheduling a time to repair the leak in coordination with the city and when David came out again he and a colleague were fast and efficient. Overall it was a painless process and I would recommend their services!

David arrived and immediately diagnosed the correct problem with our hot water tank. He then gave us all the options available. We ultimately decided to replace the tank. David had a new tank on the road, and removal and installation was completed same day. This was very important to us and we’re glad we picked the plumbing paramedics! Thank you David!

David was super awesome and friendly guy, as was Kellen when I first called in looking for someone to replace my hot water heater. Called on a Friday night and had David at my door the following morning. Let me watch and chatted the whole time about plumbing and life in general. Would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs and have already inquired about AC for next summer. Very happy customer. Also did me a solid and quickly rerouted my kitchen water line to bypass the water softener, much appreciated and saved me a small project.

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable! I needed someone to come out and replace my hot water tank and less than 24 hours later Matt showed up and was able to assess what was wrong with it. I will be using Plumbing Paramedics again.
