Sold CPAP machine for 2000. After 2 years, machine start to fail, humidifier. Contacted them. Told me they were changing settings. No change, terrible dry mouth. Why don't they stand to the warranty service of the product that they sell? It is my opinion that they are crooks. They drag it past the warranty of the equipment then wanted me to buy new machine. Management is all about YOUR MONEY.The sell you failure. Better buy same exact machine on Amazon for 700.
