I am very pleased with the service from the Manager of the NE branch, Zoe-Anne MacKenzie. She was extremely helpful, professional, kind, honest, hardworking and loyal to the organization. I have very high respect for the Manager who is a good role model for the clerks as she was helping them out and working as a team when they were so busy. Spoke with Gina from out of province and birth certificates. She was incredibly helpful. My relative submitted forms that I had mistakenly completed they were patient with me correcting them and scanning and emailing them back in. Couple weeks later, followed up and Gina not only remembered our conversation but was able to further assist in ETA and verifying info. I thought it would be a headache doing things from out of province but she made the whole process easy and transparent. Highly recommend!
Normally, I despise having to go to a registry! But I was in the area, I had some time to kill, so I figured I'd stop in here to renew my plates and update my license. I was so pleasantly surprised! They were very friendly, had lots of attendants available, and I was in an out in no time. Keep up the great work!
The registry stays reallu busy all the time. 5 stars are because of thr friendly staff and they process quick.
