I recently visited this location to get my new Range Rover Sport serviced. From the point of my arrival the service advisor named Chris was extremely welcoming, kind hearted and forthcoming with all the service updates and process. He was well aware of my arrival, took the time to introduce himself and outlined the service protocol for the day. When the service was completed he sat down with me to explain what had been done and had my vehicle prepared, washed and inspected upon my return. Extremely polite and courteous. Although I did have to return the following day for technical complications with the software system, the customer service however was still presented by Chris with the utmost and sincere courtesy to the customer until the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to service their Land Rover specifically ask for 'Cris P' if you want to receive the overall best experience. Also an honorable mention to Moe B for carefully listening to all my needs and for explaining/introducing new models and features for a potential upgrade to my existing Range Rover while my car was being serviced. Thank you for a very customer focused experience Moe and Chris!

Deceptive advertising. They have add campaigns listing vehicle prices and monthly payments. I contacted them and was informed to get those prices large down payments are required. Upon further inquiry they simply stopped answering all communication. Very disappointing and I wont be using this dealership ever again.

Was turned down a test drive because it was assumed that I wasn't looking to purchase within the next few days... we were asked to come a different day. For a company supposedly focused on sales they never asked for my contact information either. I was really looking forward to a range rover as it was on top of my list, but this experience seemed very unprofessional and judgmental. Never had this issue when I test drove with other dealers in the area: Mercedes, BMW, and infinity. I will be purchasing with one of those within the next few days and will not bother coming back to this dealership.

purchased an LR4 from this location at 2021 Jan and was promised all had been checked and was no problems with the vehicle, 50 days after purchased the engine light came on. The service department gave me around 7,000 estimate... I also purchased warranty same time but max cover 3,000... I didn't know it. Purchased time, nobody explain the warranty has a limit. extremely not recommended. My company vehicle repair shop repair it under 1,000
