I recently had the pleasure of visiting Canadian Appliances in N.E. Calgary and was thrilled with the customer service I received from the young sales representative Cory Smith. He was very informative on the appliance I was looking for and his professional demeanour was outstanding! He was not pushy or in my face, trying to sell me something I did not need. I would also like to say that the young gentlemen that delivered my product were efficient, careful with the installation and very personable. I was very impressed with my purchase experience and highly recommend this store and Mr. Corey Smith.

We placed an order on Saturday, received the order by Tuesday. The delivery service was fast, considerate, and helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to acquire well-priced appliances from a helpful resource!! Our house is built like a labyrinth, but they slid the units in with no damage whatsoever. I'm not kidding: they had to finagle this thing through the weirdest angle, and they made short work of what seemed impossible. I imagine the gentlemen that delivered our products were (or are) very good at Tetris. Thanks for the great experience!

I knew what I wanted. CAS had the best price and they even made it better after all the conditions I had were met. Delivery was simple. I could track the delivery process. Very courteous delivery personnel. Set-up and installation was done to my satisfaction. No dents, scratches, product issues that I can tell at this point. My first tests of the appliances was successful. The whole process was a better than I expected.

Ordered a stackable washer and dryer. I knew which model I wanted so I just called the store. The rep told me exactly what I needed for the stacking kit and they offered to not only delivery my new set the next day, but also remove my old set. The delivery drivers were great and courteous. We noticed a minor scratch on top of the washer and customer service was immediately called, and then customer service called me. They offered two options to remedy the situation. Either some compensation for the scratch, or a whole brand new unit. Life doesn’t always go as planned, but just having the knowledge that they were there to help correct the situation immediately, gave me a lot of satisfaction. Will buy from them again and would highly recommend.

Stay Away! After having a positive experience buying a dishwasher before, we turned to Canadian Appliance Source when our fridge needed replacing Dec 2020. The sales people were very good and experience was good overall until it came to delivery. CAS subcontracts out to LTi Logistics. BEWARE. We had substantial damage done in several places to our floors by the delivery people when they removed our old appliance. Now neither CAS nor LTi Logistics will take responsibility saying old one needed to be pulled out by us before delivery (no one told us this beforehand) and wheel was broken (not sure how we could have used a lopsided fridge). The one driver became very belligerent and I was afraid in my own home when I told him I would not sign off on Bill of Lading stating no damages were incurred. Now we have the headache of suing in small claims court.
