The staff were very helpful today! I was looking for this particular item that showed they had in stock but after checking multiple locations in the store, it was not found. They did not give up, found the item in stock at another location and put them on hold for me. Outstanding customer service!

Came in on 11/24 to get a few things for Christmas at this location and I'm never coming back, or giving any business to bed bath anymore. I'll tell my friends and family the same. The older lady working this day with short blonde / grey hair with glasses ( did not catch her name ) I wish I did because she was the most rude person I have ever dealt with. She just doesn't seem to know how to gauge the situation or interact with people that don't look like she does. I believe she was some sort of supervisor or manager because she was leading a group meeting at the front of the store when it opened. Not sure why they hire grumpy old ladies when they don't know how to respectfully interact with people.
