I went to this location to buy Christmas presents as it was close to where I happened to be today. All locations were having a 1 day sale on body lotions, there was a line of 6 people outside the store ao I got in line. There were no markings on the floor, no signs about line numbers being limited etc. The security guard came chasing customers away that were more than 3 people in line telling us to go shop somewhere else! So guess what I did.? I went to the Balzac location closer to my home and received a much nicer greeting and no cranky staff and yelling security guards. I’m going to confine to take his advice and take all my Bath & Bodyworks shopping elsewhere
Staff were very helpful. Covid guidelines were being met. Love the products!
