I knew nothing about hiking until I came here and met Sara, she was so lovely to talk to and ask questions. Her knowledge of hiking and the stores products are absolutely on point. I will be coming back here for all my hiking & camping supplies, as well as telling all my friends. Thank you Sara!

Called ahead of time to see if they had stock on a shoe that's out of season. They did, and were more than willing to help when I arrived. I hadn't shopped here before but it was a great experience and the gal that helped me was enthusiastic and really personable. I'd come back for sure.
Me and my wife recently went to this store to buy a pair of walking shoes. We noticed a pair of shoe on the clearance rack and checked the pricing with a friendly gentleman who assisted us that it was not a clearance item but after checking his computer he could give us a deal as there was a sale going on at sportscheck. We went to the counter to pay for the shoes at which point a lady staff (young unfriendly and robotic) told us that the shoes could only be sold at original price and no sale price. We explained what happened back at the shoe section but she insisted on the original price. We explained that it was the gentleman who told us the sale price after which she then double checked with the gentleman at that point. I just want to point out that our feeling was not positive.
Great service today. And the last time I was here. It's hard to review stores like this, because the turnover of staff can be misleading. There's a great selection and prices similar to other retailers.
Justin did such a great job helping us purchase a number of items, all while being extremely polite and friendly to our children. The customer service was phenomenal and we appreciated it!
Sara and her team were phenomenal. So helpful, patient and resourceful! Definitely recommend that you ask for Sara when you go in next! She will be sure to exceed your expectations!
Asked an employee for help (Dave) was given a lot of attitude and no help. Worst customer experience
