I have been there for years, the owners are approachable, friendly and honest. The place is clean and well maintained. I'm able to access my trailer 24/7 and perform any mechanical work. Highly recommended.

Great spot to store your trailer or RV. Very close to town and the spots are well marked and maintained!

Really close to SE Calgary, well priced and secure! Best part, I come and go as I please. Other storage lots wanted to charge me to come and go in winter which was ridiculous. I store ATV's here so I pick up, ride, wash, and drop off all in one day and no worries at all! Many different size stalls available. Totally recommend them!

After a good first year with 22X RV storage, we have cancelled our contract partway through, received a refund, and left extremely dissatisfied. Around mid-December, the keypad on 22X's front gate stopped working and, in its place, we found a sign that asked us to call a phone number for access until they could get the gate fixed. We went along with this for about three months (we use our RV a lot). The person on the other end of the phone never asked for our name, but I suppose it's more secure that nothing? By the time Spring of 2020 rolled around, we found the gate just wide open with nobody staffing it. They advertise a secure facility so I wrote a letter asking them when the gate would be fixed. The response was laughably ignorant of common customer service practices. They blamed the fact that the owners weren't around to do the repair work on the \plandemic\ (their words). They then asked rhetorically, \Has there been an issue with your trailer? has it been tampered with? Is it still in the yard?\ I mean come on, where is the accountability? If your job is storing property and you advertise that you have a secure lot, you don't get snotty when that lot has been insecure for LITERALLY six months. Sure, you can put a lock on your door AFTER your stuff gets stolen, but a wiser person would lock that door BEFORE it happens. If you are looking to entrust your property to somebody with people skills who cares about the security of your property, you are going to want to give this place a pass. There are a million other places out there that won't spit venom at your for asking them to fulfill their and of the agreement and keep your property secure. Good luck!
