Used this company through our Strata but would advise anyone else not to use. 1200 call out fee to tighten some washer hoses. Didn’t investigate the source of our leak properly or remove any connections to inspect them. Continued to leak and we later found the washer seal completely crumbled. Company was happy to send someone out to replace the parts for our “new leak” and charge us again “a fair price”. Choose a different company.

Technician was not on time. Did not tell me any estimate. Simply applied some glue to my bath tub for 10 minutes work and charged me for 330. When to call try to negotiate the bill, the manager said it was company policy to charge 2 hour min and they can't waive the charge, but too bad they didn't tell me earlier. After we try to call again, they don't pick up calls anymore. Going to file a complaint to BC customer Protection BC.
Sam and Rick are the best plumbers that work for the company.
Gave me an estimate of 6 hours of work totalling 875 plus tax for a shut off valve replacement where any other company will do it for 200 max and in one hour.
Very nice staff.
