I needed to go the physical location a few weeks ago for a walker. The sales rep Rebecca was great! She really knows her products and how to assess what kind of walker would work best for me. I will definitely be asking for her when I need more equipment. All Covid guidelines were followed.

March 21st, 2018, Eighth Ave & Kingsway at 7:10AM. A reckless driving Motion Specialties driver almost puts someone into a wheelchair/kills them by absolute maniac driving. I wish I had a dash cam at this point so I could take it to the police. If this is the respect they have for the public, I can only imagine how they treat their customers. The person driving this truck needs to be removed from their job and the road.

I have a friend of mine who has been waiting to have her wheelchair fixed for numerous different times she's actually had to leave this company in order to get better service because the service has been so poor for the last 2 months since at least October the 15th she has been waiting for two shocks to go on the front of her wheelchair so that it doesn't dip down and cause her a hazard problem... This company is so insensitive that they stated to her that they would need to take her chair and I don't expect what she's supposed to use for her legs meanwhile...the fact that they won't give her a temporary electric wheelchair shows that they obviously are not in the mind to do good business if their equipment breaks down fails and they can't supply something stable for a disabled person to use in the meanwhile..I totally feel that this is insensitive and I feel that the practices that they've been showing are very incompetent and until they can prove otherwise to me I certainly don't owe them apology they own apology to my friend Henrietta..I won't put her last name but I'm quite sure that they could look it up in their files in Burnaby have a nice day
