This is a top notch company. Ken Anderson was a pleasure to deal with. He was personable and professional. I had an existing railing on a side deck and Ken was able to design a matching railing for my new back deck. Bonus, the new railing was made with better quality materials, like stainless steel screws and a thicker aluminum ledge. Ken paid attention to details. He color matched the new deck and he designed and installed a gate in a tricky location. Beautiful job

George did a fantastic job of helping me pick grab rails for three sets of outside stairs I had and then installing them. The price was also very reasonable. I couldn't ask for more and honestly wish that George also did other house improvement related work as he was a pleasure to deal with.

I have used this company numerous times over the past decade to improve the overall function and beauty of my house(s). They have customized several gates, handrails, railings with both spindles and glass, and my favorite piece which is a 31' beautiful privacy panel for my back deck (see attached photo). As I normally do I sought three quotes for any home projects. I went with General Aluminum Railings primarily because of Ken Anderson. The first time he responded to my inquiry he was on vacation out of town. This said to me he is motivated and responsive. Ken not only did the estimation on site, but he also did the install on site. This is what I call full end to end customer service. Through the entire process Ken was responsive, accommodating and always followed up. The new gate looks awesome and exactly what I wanted. Ken is a great ambassador and representative of General Aluminum. Thanks again Ken.
