the workers need to take their job seriously. I ordered something from amazon and I had to change the delivery destination to this office, since my place has a security gate and the last time they delivered my package there is no \special instruction\ on the tracking website (unless If I didn't look properly) so they would leave a note saying to pick it up. but back to the original issue. they LOST my package. seriously how does a package get lost?!?! plus my package is pretty big so I'm pretty sure it's noticeable. As a result, I had to get a refund. the workers NEEDS to do a better job of managing packages.

Best package pickup service in town. Why wait for the package at home when you can simply pick it up yourself? Strongly recommend.

Very poor service. Sometimes they do not come to your door. Not notifying about your package arrival. Do not drop it at a close pick up point. Keep your package hostage at their main center about one hour driving far away. If by chance you check, their telephone system is just a computer, not a person. It does not have any re-route option for receiver. And if you go there, you have to wait hours in line to talk to them. Then doing nothing, even they promise. Then return it back. They made money, but you do not received anything.

Very bad customer service. Driver made no real attempt to deliver the package. I was waiting at home for it but got no notifications. They just left a note on the door saying Customer wasn't available. Only when I tracked my package only did I find out that they \attempted\ to deliver. When I called their customer service, they were very unhelpful and basically told me I have to go pick up the package at their center which is far away. They already took 3 days to ship a package meant to be 2 days international delivery, and takes no responsibility for actually delivering the package on time.

Almost always understaffed and slow with long long waits! No matter what time of the day! If you need to go there for a pickup just call Fedex and ask them to transfer ur package to another office. Package had buzz number and cellphone on it, I guess Fedex drivers doesn’t have Amazon’s technology yet!!! Amazon drivers have cellphone, they will always call u if they can’t reach u! Most of Amazons delivery are free shipping while Fedex charges a lot!
