Staff were super friendly which is refreshing compared to some BBT places. Got the pearl milk tea and it was pretty good, but slightly lacking in tea flavour. Overall, I would go again.

They open at 2-11pm!!!! We got coco another time and it was good. I loved 3Guys...it has pearls, pudding, and gel...a bit expensive but owell. Slightly bit better than Chatime.
Nice, new, clean store. Good social distancing and nice service. It is located in a bit of an awkward corner with minimal parking, but if you arrive at the correct time there is sometimes parking on kings way in front of the store.
Very disappointed, watered down milk tea and missed fresh taro add on. Would not apologize or correct the drink. No refund was provided but instead, I was advised that it’s still drinkable. Yes, it may be “drinkable” but definitely not the same as what I ordered. This used to be my favourite place before the pandemic, and then they were closed for a while. Was really excited that they’ve reopened since, but seems like quality is no longer the same. Please avoid at all cost!
Three drinks average was 7. Not cheap. They did taste good and I like that sugar level could be adjusted
Tried this place last week and wasn’t disappointed. The staff was great but just really hard to hear them because of the mask and the glass they have at cash (but it’s the crazy times we live in now) very generous with the boba like literally 1/4 of the cup was filled with them. The place kind of smelled weird though like had a really strong smell. They don’t do seating anymore so it’s just buy and go now. The bubble I got was brown sugar bubble tea wasn’t the sweetest so I would ask for extra brown sugar if you have a sweet tooth. Overall, would recommend anyone to give this place a try P.s if you’re thinking about getting it without ice don’t it tastes disgusting in the end andd I forgot to take a pic at the beginning so not my best one ahahah
Best best best customer service Jessie at the front is so kind and knowledgeable about all drinks and what’s inside drinks are fresh and customizable extra sugar or sweet or what you like always so nice fresh and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !!!! I would give ten out of 5 always the best here a stop at least once a week
Very good service. Understandable if the staff seemed not passionate on the job as it does get busy. They make their drinks very well. I would come back again.
