I had just visited this Bath and Body Works in Metrotown to buy some candles. I’m completely unfamiliar with the variety of scents, but I had a worker named Dawn guide me through all my options. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. On top of that, she gave me greater insight on what candles would be best suited for me and my home, rather than just picking whatever. Thank you to Dawn and the team at Bath and Body Works, and I look forward to my next visit!
Good place to buy hand soap, gifts and candles. You just have to wait for the sale and don't forget to subscribe to the email bc you get coupon for extra savings. Edit: ran out of hand soap today. I got 10 off coupon for 40 purchase. Great deal, and you can use it on top of the discounted products. Just the line up to the checkout is not clear. We don't know where the line ends.
Good store during sales, you can get 50%off on some products, customer service is good as well
Excellent service by the staff needed to do an exchange which they helped easily. Any questions I had about product were answered. Clean and well organized store.
