The experience from “Tub” (top) to Bottom has been amazing. From the Sales to Install - everything has been fantastic. A special thank you to Brett in the Sales department who was helpful from the minute we walked in the door till we fired the unit up. Brett was patient with our questions and very helpful along the way. Brett played a major role in the process and we are forever thankful. The delivery headed up by Jay and Marc was incredibly coordinated and super professional. You could tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. Lots of experience and landed the massive 8 person tub spot on where we wanted it without issue. I cannot imagine any other company trying to deliver and land a tub of this size. Thank you to the entire Pioneer Family Pools & Spa’s for what we hope will be years of great memories for our family. Thank you.
Con was absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but as new hot tub owners, he was very patient with us and did an excellent job of walking us through the initial set up and maintenance process. He reached out to us numerous times and made several visits to us to drop off products and to ensure everything was running smoothly. He truly went above and beyond to make this a seamless experience for us. Also important to note are the delivery team and Calibre electric, both of whom provided excellent service. We’re beyond thrilled with our new tub and would highly recommend Pioneer! Huge thanks again to Con for his outstanding service!
I was introduced to Con in Sales from a friend and from the first meeting I felt very comfortable that I was getting helpful information to make a very large purchase. He was very straightforward and honest with me about the hot tub I was buying. It look a little longer than expected to get to the final stages of installation but, due to COVID-19, it's no one's fault. I had a great experience with the installers. They were very friendly and courteous. And then the electricians from Calibre were excellent. They made sure that everything was up and running properly before they left. I never felt like they were rushing to move on to the next job. And now I have a beautiful Pulse Hot Tub up and running and in these times of being at home, I can now make the most of it. Con then made a special trip out to ensure everything was running properly and I'm grateful to have the connection now if I ever have any questions. Thanks for all of your help!
Definitely five stars! Just replaced my pool liner by pioneer pool, service guys are very friendly and professional. Once a slight leak detected, they immediately redo the installation around pool stairs. I am totally satisfied.
