I called Creature Comforts because my furnace was not working properly and it was -10. Within 12 hours Dale & Grant were at my house. They were true professionals and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to walk me through the diagnosis of the issue and even had the parts on hand to immediately fix the problem. They also explained to me the current operation of my furnace and issues for me to watch out for down the line. I really appreciated their open and honest conversation. It is great to have a trustworthy and knowledgeable company like Creature Comforts. The service call system is top of the line with a text sent regarding my appointment and even a GPS of the truck location. No more waiting around for service call. Highly recommend Creature Comforts and their staff!!!

I contacted Grant and Dale who were extremely helpful. After a short conversation I knew I was being helped openly and honestly.Zulfi and Tom arrived on time and were very professional. They were easy to talk to and let me know what they were doing . They installed a humidifier onto the furnace and rectified a couple red flags from a different installer. I will be using creature comforts for everything HVAC and you should too. Local business and family run too FYI

We have used this company for the past number of years, as we feel their experience is top-notch! When our thermostat wasn't registering to the heat we had set it to, Clayton came over and adjusted the sensor to rectify the problem. Sounds like an easy fix, but it was actually rather complicated. He promised that he wouldn't leave until the temperature raised itself to where it should be, and he was true to his word. Would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who asks!

I recently had Creature Comforts install a new Water Heater, Furnace, AC and Humidifier. The guys did a very nice job on the installation. They took the time to make sure all of the pipes, wires and hoses were tidy and straight. The installation should be in a textbook for how to do wit properly. They explained the whole system very well once the installation was done. John was very good during the quoting process with my many questions. I would highly recommend Creature Comforts for your HVAC needs.
