Good afternoon, Victoria, I can't tell you how happy we are with the hot water tank installation job Jeff and Greg did for us today. They are awesome. It was a big job. They had to cut five square holes in the ceiling to remove 20 feet of old non-code piping. They were very careful to cut only the hole sizes necessary. They removed all the old pipes and installed new pipes. This was a big, painstaking job. Once done, they removed the old tank and installed the new tank. To start, they had to move the furniture as we have a finished basement. After everything was done, Greg asked me if he could get the power-head for our built-in vacuum system. He insisted on vacuuming the carpet because of the drywall dust that had fallen from cutting the ceiling holes before moving all the furniture back in place. Unbelievable!!! Never have we seen this degree of professionalism and attention to service detail. We will happily be a reference for ABW Air Systems at any time!! Best regards, Paul Paul Moores

Stellar customer service! ABW was the only company (out of the 5 we contacted) that was able to book our furnace and HRV servicing within a few days, and at a very competitive rate! Victoria was wonderful to deal with on the phone, and the technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and conscientious. I have been using ABW for many years and have always been happy with the service provided. I purchased both our furnace and air conditioning system from them. Installation was quick tidy and professional. After sales maintenance/service is also important to me and they have never let me down. I have recommended them to many of my neighbors and would not hesitate recommending their services to anyone.
Josh from ABW assessed our issue and determined we needed a new water heater. It was quickly and neatly installed the next day, following all Covid-19 protocols. And then... they detected a problem with the gas pressure which was also causing issues with our furnace as well as the new water heater. They dealt with Enbridge directly, waited for the gas tech, ran the tests with him and long after he left, determined that they would leave us with heat and hot water. Five and a half hours after they completed installation, they found a gas valve that was 1/2 closed - and probably had been that way for decades. I am so grateful for their attention to detail and their determination that kept them searching until they found the exact problem and solved it!
