Staff are always \busy\ or otherwise engaged but never fail to spend the time w/ me to help make my experience perfect. Today the crew member explained to me (repeatedly) how to perform the necessary tasks. When l was clearly to thick to get it, the guy wrote it out for me on a slip of paper. These cats are the reason I keep coming back. Thanks for making me feel my 16 purchase was worth \working for\. ️
