Went down to Breitling Boutique Vancouver . . . oh wow, first the service was everything and more then I expected from a high end store such as this. I came in to get a watch serviced and polished as it had been neglected for many years. Quote was on point, service was promised and delivered over and above. They replaced watch hands and the polish job made it come out like new. Amazing job and would highly recommend taking your watches for service and or just stopping in to have a look at their beautiful selection of watches!!

The staff at this particular Breitling Boutique embodied all the important values that the watch industry strives to uphold and be. Di, the representative I had the opportunity to do business was extremely knowledgeable and shared the same legitimate passion for watches. I had a vintage Breitling serviced here, and all my needs were addressed. There was absolute transparency for the entirety of the process to get it overhauled. If you're in town, I highly recommend you drop by to give this place a visit. It's a nice dedicated Breitling AD with a warmth that is not dependent on transaction.
I wanted to buy my husband a memorable gift for this birthday. We visited the Breitling Boutique today on West Hastings and we were greeted warmly by Di and his team. Di took the time to understand my husband's needs/lifestyle and suggested some beautiful timepieces. Di's attention to detail is second to none. My husband selected a watch that he will proudly wear for years to come. Visited this store to receive a tutorial from Di on how to use my recently gifted Breitling watch from my wife. Di was extremely knowledgable and took the time to sit down with us, run through all the features, how to maintain and provide general tips on these excellent time pieces. Would highly recommend this store and staff for their first class service.
