I’ve had to bring my engagement ring in quite a bit because the prongs get loose(which is obviously not the shops fault). When I brought it in to get fixed, one of the employees told me and I quote “next time don’t get a ring with such large prongs”. Sorry but I’m HOPING there is no next time. Other than that one instance, this location has been decent

Do not order jewelry from here. The staff are not honest with order dates. My fiance ordered my ring over 2 months ago and it's still being made. Staff told him my ring would be done in 4-6 weeks.. unbelievable service I wish he would have used a different company. I was so excited to get engaged and Peoples ruined it!!!!!! Use a different company or at least a different store. Oh and the company sent something in the mail prior to the engagement and ruined my fiance's surprise. Good job peoples on being terrible at the one thing you should be able to figure out! Booooo to this company. UPDATE: We now received the ring after ten weeks and IT TURNS MY FINGER GREEN EVERY DAY!! See attached photos. And when I called the store the male associate chuckled at me and told me \ you should probably see a doctor.\ Absolutely dumbfounded by this horrific experience and insulted.

This is a review for Barb at Sherwood Park peoples. I called super upset with the new \Flexiti\ payment provider Peoples. Truly a nightmare to work with! Barb was not able to solve any financial questions we had because of recent access limitations - but she was a great ear to listen to my pconcerns and she steered me in the right direction of how I will get the most help possible. Truly a incredible customer service experience, which is often not the case anymore. I closed our account due to all the frustrations with Flexiti payment provider, but could possibly go back to buy my second wedding band from Barb just because she was so patient and kind.

The lady that was helping me was very lovely and I love me new ring. I just wish she would have suggested to have my rings sodder together when I sent all my rings in for sizing and fixing my wedding set.

Matthew at the Sherwood Park Mall Peoples Jewellers helped me find the most beautiful ring! I was there for probably a couple hours going back and fourth on different rings. Every new ring I saw as an option, he would tell me everything about it and let me try it on. He was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel like a valued customer. He went above and beyond and he should definitely be recognized for it. I knew he didn’t just care about making the sale because when he saw me get confused about which ring I wanted, he told me to take a picture of two I loved and go get a coffee so I could have time to think about it. Best service I’ve ever had and I will go back there just because of his help.
