My heater stopped working over the Christmas holidays. Wes was still able to send a technician out within a few hours. Chris quickly installed a part so that I would have heat until the new year, when a new furnace could be installed. I was offered a good price and ended up getting a new a/c unit installed at the same time. They were very accommodating with scheduling the install, even arriving early in the morning so I would not be late for work. The technicians that attended were prompt and courteous and they answered all of my questions. Overall I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company. Got a great price for our new furnace. Wes was very quick at answering any questions or concerns I had. The employees were very respectful and pleasant while replacing my furnace. Overall, a very good experience with this company and would highly recommend.
I contacted TradeCraft when our heating system broke down, and Wes sent someone out the very same day to check it out. Throughout the process of installing a new heating system for us, Wes and his team were very professional and courteous, and were always willing to answer any questions we had. They do excellent work, and their customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them!
I was looking online for someone to install a gas line for my new stove. Wes responded to my query almost immediately. On short notice, he fit me into his busy pre-Christmas schedule, sent a technician who was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Wes contacted me after the job was complete to ask if everything was acceptable before sending me the invoice, which was exactly what I was quoted for the job. And...I was able to pay the invoice online with my credit card. Service like this is rare these days. TradeCraft will be my go-to for future needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
