We have been going to this dealership for almost 8 years and have always been treated with care, appreciation and value. The sales team and finance office made the process of buying a car feel simple and accessible. When I was approved for my first car through Brantford Hyundai I think they were as excited as I was. They genuinely went to full lengths to make this car buying experience enjoyable and not intimidating. We will stay with this brand largely because of the team at this dealership.

Wonderful customer care. Went over there on weekend after falling in love with new sonata. Met Tim over there, excellent knowledge of products, have us sufficient amount of time. Ended up little late at show room but he did welcome us with Broad smile. Moreover also went for a Test drive in a limited amount of time. Will definetely recommend. Five stars customer care

I am in my late 50s. We have also been a GM family but I researched Hyundai and decided to give them a try. I am from Simcoe but I purchased my 2021 Hyundai Venue from a salesman named Andrew Roberts of Brantford Hyundai. If you are thinking of giving Hyundai a try call ANDREW ROBERTS because there was no pressure, he had our test drive started and waiting when we got there but best of all ANDREW ROBERTS came in on his day off to present our new Venue to us, while most salesmen I met over the years feel once the contract is signed their job is complete. Way to go Andrew

I give 3, because the mechanic did as he was suppose to...however warranty coverage isn't their strong suit (perhaps speaks to their company rather than the business?) Waited two months on a solid \that's not covered... normal wear and tear\ pic below 2017 58k...I see I have a reply from the owner..I have no idea why it took months to get the o it's not covered\ (even if it's impossible to stand on) because of \wear and tear\ and was not offered any sort of viable solution to fix a bad factory paint job...but am relieved that the owner has stepped up....I am on file..phone number is the same Paul Penasse.
