When I called about a suspicious aroma from my gas fireplace, First Call advised me to confirm the possible gas leak with MB Hydro, who promptly confirmed a leak & shut off the gas. A service technician at First Call had the gas fireplace efficiently repaired the next morning. Congenial & Responsive!

My furnace quit on me sometime during the night and when I called First Call in the morning they were willing to have someone come and look at it by noon. When the service man came and diagnosed the problem he ordered the part from Winnipeg while at my house. Unfortunately the part couldn't be shipped until the next day. First Call was back at my house by 9 am the next morning. The service man was polite, kind, and explained the issue to me throughly and in layman's terms. I will definitely be using their services in the future.
This was the first time I used this company and I was so happy with their service. They were polite and very quick with the service. He even took the time to give me some tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. Highly recommend this company!!
My Furnace went on a Friday night and by Monday Morning 8:00am the guys were over to the house and installing the new Furnace! Very professional, kind and and very informative! Very Satisfied with the quality of work that was done to my House!
