Pathetic service by the staff..... confused staff with zero knowledge how to attend the customer..... its a myth to go for curbside pickup .... i literally waited for 25 minutes & at the end they gave lame excuse of not having the order in their system ..... i dont care if the manager reads this review coz its there failure & if customer argues with them they feel bad .... grow up little kids.... Zero Rating to these lazy fellowz

Worst store ever. No one wants to help, alot of employees on their phones, make you feel like you are bothering them. Stay away!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. Employee named as Sandra is very rude. She has an attitude problem. She is super mean and rude. I was explaining something to her and she said \You know what I don't want to listen to you\ . Literally that's what she said. I said I want to complain about you give me your name. She even denied doing that. She wasn't even wearing her name badge. I am not going there ever. If management is reading this, please take some action against her. if you want more information about the incident, please reach out to me
So! I decided to stop in to grab an item to help me with a job. I ended up getting a baseball set for my toddler, a grooming brush for my dog and had such a great conversation with Patrick one of the department managers. Took lots of pictures today, to show how clean and organized this location is! It would be so amazing if the shoppers on the weekends, would put things back where they belong and not make such a mess. When things are not so crazy busy, they sure keep the store clean! no big surprise here! They have everything you could possibly want. Haircuts, Tim Hortons, McDonald’s, all your clothing, food and accessory needs! No wonder everyone loves Walmart! Thank you as well to Raj at customer service for guiding me in the right direction to find what I needed!
Been here in 2019 in the spring last year with my mother's friend and two or three times every year since 2017 with my mother's friend and has a great selection more toys and clothes then the kitchener and cambridge Walmart and people have a good experience here most times and shopping here was no issue Last year I hurd some complaints in Reviews this place and do better helping those people that left low reviews and do better with customer service and regulations
