I had an extraordinary experience at this restaurant. We loved the great vibes and the meals. The staff members are super amiable. I am content we finally decided to visit this place.

I wish I can give less than one star. Customer Service is very bad. The girl who was doing morning shift on 21st of January 2021 was not enjoying her work. Please give her some training and tell her not to roll her eyes on Your Customer. We are spending our hard earned money on your store. Give them some basic training of Customer service. Don’t want to see her again. Very bad experience. It has happened many times. I was quite before but not anymore.
I have been to this location a few times now, and the two servers working in the evening are wonderful. They are so polite, fast paced and work with precision. I have always seen them working very hard. Note to the owner - Please get these girls more assistance as it gets quite busy in the evenings.
From last 3 times got worst experience in this store in terms of customer service and food portions. Never get a right order as per instruction. Even they don’t follow SOP for portion as per subway policy. In my last order I ordered 4 sub footlong veggie Delite in that I only see lettuce and bread nothing else. Don't go there that’s only waste of money
All the 3 employees are more intrested in their personal conversation than listening to the employees. Secondly told her to change gloves coz i am vegeterian and she touched meat with the gloves she was wearing as i said that she showed so much of attitude asking me that i eat egg or not madam none of your buiness i havent asked anything worng. Worst subway ever
