Really good! Not five stars. I’d recommend the Wreck or the Buffalo chicken sandwiches. But tastes and nice ingredients. Once it’s toasted and done... it didn’t taste far off of a glorified Subway brand sandwich. Same style wear buns. Same toppings. Pricey add of 1.50 for sliced avocado. But a quick and hearty sandwich food for lunch. Really nice friendly staff. Long lines, but they move fast.

I have often seen Potbelly while traveling to the states, but never got a chance to give it a try myself. Sure enough, one of my American colleagues got me to try out a few days back. I must say, I might have become a PotBelly addict? The atmosphere is actually quite nice for a sandwich shop, and it's years light ahead compared to other chains (hem hem . ..Subway?). The sandwich choice is relatively small, but varied enough to get you satisfied for all days of the week - yes, I have become this person. My personal favourite are the Italian and the Roast Beef (in the picture). The price is also very modest ranging from 8 to 12 (with tax) for a BIG sandwich. It will put you right to sleep when you are back at work. Super brownie points - or maybe spicy points - for their hot peppers. They are spiccyyyy, but extremely tasty. Last but not the least the "tall, bearded blond guy" as someone else described him. He may be the loudest guy in the room, but honestly, it's kind of cool and definitely keeps the kitchen in check. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, I wasn't very lucky with my choice of sandwich, and neither was my company on that night. We were excited about going there, specially because everything in the menu sounds delicious! They do a great job in describing their menu items, to a point that you want to try them all. I had the Mediterranean and that was my mistake. What a mediocre sandwich. It looked and tasted soggy, sad and most importantly, it looked horrible. My company's sandwich, the Italian, had a few slices of cold cuts, making it unacceptable for a so called Italian Sandwich, and it also looked so sad, very disappointed. The mushroom onion soup was good with lots of nice pieces of real mushrooms. I won't complain about that. I'll be posting pictures here so you can make your own conclusions. Thumbs up to the manager (tall guy with a beard) he was very pleasant with everyone. In conclusion, my bill was 18.00 bucks for a horrible sandwich, bag of chips, small soup and a pop. Next time, I'll stick with California sandwiches.

I loved their sandwiches. Their staff are super nice and helpful. I loved it!!!! If you want to eat good food and if you are looking for a healthier option this place is for you... when my friend told me about this place I thought it would be filled with "boring" choices - NOPE. Their menu is filled with tasty options. Highlight for that amazing homemade juice lmao... I As you can see I really liked this place. They have nice good l, good vibe and fair price for the location.

Tasty sandwiches and great service. The staff working here is always delightful and friendly. The prices are comparable to other sandwiches shops but their sandwiches are so unique and fresh. This place has become my go to spot when I'm craving sandwiches.

Prices are really good for the amount of food, and being located at yonge/king. Really tasty place with cool and unique decor to enjoy while you order your food.

I had been to this place once when visiting Chicago so was looking forward to their Toronto location. Service was great but the food was only okay because the bread used for my sandwich was not fresh. Had the Uptown salid and it was very good. Decor is okay but seems to be trying to hard to be "Torontoian".

Good sandwich and great price! First time customer and won't be the last time I'd be going there. Girlfriend and I got the buffalo chicken, sadly there was next to no frank's sauce, however, a lot of blue cheese. Wasn't a big deal for me but was for her. Very cozy and not too busy for where it's located. Staff is kinda off, firstady taking our order looked like and talked like she hated life, the "middle" line cook was really relaxed and chilled out. Which was cool! And the cashier I think was new seeing as she lacked some confidence. Overall great food!
