I've been coming to laser quest for over a year now and I just have to say this is the best location ever! The staff are great and always welcoming! They are so kind and respectful. I would hate to see this place ever shut down God bless these employees! Never disappoint a customer.

Kids Bithday party was planned out at this location, and their representatives were very passionate and knowledgeable about the process and offered all possibilities to cater to a memorable event. Kiki at front desk was interacting with us and made us feel comfortable from the get go. The activity is planned for the 19th Jan and I am hoping to update this post on my extended experience organizing the party...
This is the best location of laser quest I've been to yet! A lot of fun and competitive. Good for birthday parties, get togethers or if your just simply bored! 5 star ratings all around
Well priced. I've seen much better escape rooms, but for the price it was worth it. The puzzles in the room were complex. Haven't gotten a chance to do the laser tag yet.
Customer service at the desk wasn't the greatest. They were not around much during the birthday party. I think I only saw the host once after a game. We were guests at the party and did come late. They never cleaned up a thing. The parents and party attendees cleaned up a few times. They would not honour me to use our coupon that they gave me to buy extra games. It's the same money so we will be using it at the Mississauga location if I decide to go back. Not sure yet. Wasn't happy with our first experience.
Really good actually! Very pleased with the equipment and the service was excellent. Not just saying that for saying sakes.
Amazing staff and people all around. Very attentive to your needs. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Had my brother’s birthday here and for 13 year olds they loved it. Thank you for making it memorable. Now thinking of having my niece’s. Definitely worth the money and experience. AMAZING JOB.
