Dr Vikas kumar very good with kids. This Karolbagh place at Tobram location has excellent service and prices are very nominal with variety of designer frames to choose from. Overall I will visit again.
I visited this location a few days ago and i met Richa she works at that location and she was extremely helpful with everything . I have never been with a person like her because i have been wearing glasses since when i was 15 years old so i been in too many opticals and they never care and explain . But Richa was explaining me about the features of the glasses and what is the latest technology they have to help me and get me the best options for me and she has lots of patience with customers also she has alot of knowledge and experience to direct people to the best option ,it was the best customer service experience i've ever had in my life . Now i love kanda optical because of the service that Richa provided to me . Thank you Richa and I appreciate your help . I highly recommend this location as long as RICHA there.
