This review is based on more than one interactions with this store. I have faced this problem not once that even when you have made your FULL payment in Cash, they seem to not make note of it and claim for your same payment. I was lucky that I had the rough sheet saved ,(not even proper invoice )where they had written, \CASH RECEIVED \.If I had not saved that, I was duped. Just because it was written in their own handwriting,they had no other go but to believe it, else the old owner was full on confident that my payment was pending. PS: They don't give you proper invoice if you pay them cash.Its because that way you don't pay tax to them.Hope it makes sense . Second issue: An old person(so called owner) will definitely visit (you will be lucky if any day he is actually not there) you when you reach the payment area even when you did not interact with him during your visit. If he comes there to make sure everything went well with your experience, it can be appreciated, but actually its the other way round. He seems to have ABSOLUTELY NO EHTICS. He cuts off your conversation with the sales employee you are dealing with all the time you spent there and comes up with a different pricing all of a sudden while you are paying. He has absolutely no respect for you as a client, is disgustingly RUDE and argues without a logic, just to prove his point. Moreover, even though you see prices of items on shelves, you can end up paying altogether different pricing based on who decided the final price,the two sons or the father.NO CONSISTENCY whatsoever. I am sure this fact is known to other employees/his two sons who try hard to make you as their regular client , but I have seen them as a muke spectator on the irrational behaviour they witness. I am hoping this review will help them that it's time to work on their customer service, specially managing the illogical attitude of that old man.
